MyLens privacy policy

Last updated 12 October 2026

MyLens is a photography course app for members of a photography group. This page explains what it stores, where it goes, and how you can delete it.

What we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts or advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

How it is used

To give you feedback on your photographs, build your personal programme, answer your photography questions and show the group Gallery. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Who can see your content

Photographs you submit appear in the group Gallery with your name, so other members and the group leader can see them. Your plan and baseline are private to you. Group leaders can see usage and cost totals.

Camera and motion sensors

The practice viewfinder uses your camera and motion sensors on your phone. Frames stay on your phone until you choose to save or submit them.

Early access requests

If you ask for early access from our website we collect your email address, first name (if given), whether you use an iPhone or the web app, and what you shoot on. We use it only to send you your link and invite code and to ask for feedback. Email mq@ingrowthmode.com and we will delete it.

Deleting your data

In the app, open the menu, choose Privacy and your data, then Delete my data. This removes your photographs, Subject Cards, plan and chat history. Usage counts (not content) remain so the group's budget adds up. You can also email us and we will delete it for you.

Children

MyLens is for adults. It is not directed at children under 13.
